TWL Advice: If you are using these knee sleeves for general gym use, walking, gymnastics, running, riding or just for some protection, we recommend that you select the 5mm variety. The 5mm sleeves will give more flexibility than the thicker 7mm knee sleeves.

Approximately 2mm thicker than the standard 5mm sleeves, the 7mm Sleeves provide a firm, comfortable fit up to the challenge of power lifts, Olympic Weightlifting or Strongman/women training.

Fantastic support

Best knee sleeves I’ve ever had!
Fit perfectly, the tabs on the side make them so easy to pull on and my knees feel so secure when I lift and squat

Get them

I have bilateral patellofemoral osteoarthritis, baker's cyst, bone spurs and whatever else in my knees. I'm usually in agony. I decided to give these knee sleeves a go in the 5mm with very little optimism. I will say, they actually helped. My knee feels supported and they help alleviate the pain through the patella. I feel that I'm getting out a squat with a bit of assistance and less pain. I was a sceptic but if you have knee problems, just give them a go. I ordered the M and I have chubby legs. The measurement for the calf was fine.
