Strongest hand grips ever

I bought the hand grips to work on my forearms as my store bought ones weren’t cutting it, and these things have some serious resistance! Only had them for a couple weeks but can already see my forearms improving in strength and size. Made strong as well.

I got the 200lbs ones and they are pretty heavy for me, I can just about do 3 reps on each hand. I have a torn ligament in my left hand and bought these to get stronger in terms of all things grip. Maybe should of gone for 150 but it’ll do the job over time. More sets less reps.
