WORTH EVERY PENNY

Very sturdy, long lasting material, easy use and easy to carry round. Great for gym or at home workout... Couldn’t feel my butt it worked me that hard.

hip-x band

5 stars, great product, I tweaked a groin muscle in doing a wide stance low bar squat in coming back from a doctor enforced exile from powerlifting. The hip-x allowed me to keep squatting albeit slowly but placed more emphasis on my lower drive train which is starting to reap better results for my deadlift as well. I have increased approx. 40 kgs in the past 2 mths with assistance from this product.

Burns the Buns

Bought this band for myself as a birthday present, best decision ever. I love using this when warming up for squats, sumo deads and to intensify hip thrusts. Could not recommend it enough.

I got a Large, but feel like I could have gone for a Medium. I'm a 21 yo Female at 171 cm (5'7) and roughly 76kg. Thought stats might be a good reference for those looking to buy.

Great band for activation and accessory work

I use this to activate my glutes for all my leg workouts, as well as use to increase intensity during heavy lifts for that extra resistance.
