Really easy to read with clear illustrations of the movements in each WOD. Would be better (and a lot less annoying) if you didn't have to continuously use the conversion chart at the back to change the weights in each WOD from lb to kg though!

Full of so much inspiration for workout ideas. Very useful for someone like me who is fairly new to CrossFit and WODs etc.
As a newbie to CrossFit this book has been like a bible!! So handy and a convenient size so it doesn’t take up too much room in the gear bag.
