Look good but that's about it
Everyone has their own preference with training shoes in terms of fit and support, personally I love the internal lacing system for ease of getting on and off once you get the hang of it. However means there is little structure around the mid-foot as I personally like the security of a tighter fit shoe.
The elevated heel is good for squats and can be removed for deadlifts/when a flatter shoe is required. I walk 5km to work everyday and even though not its intended purpose still quite comfortable although wouldn't recommend for a run.
