1. How is my order going to be shipped?
   

   It may or may not be shipped on the pallet. 
   
   The items will be delivered by one truck driver and assistance may be required to unload them if there is a special condition on the road/path. Both the chiller and ice bath must be unloaded on the ground floor ONLY and the carriers will not take anything upstairs or in elevators. 

   The courier may contact you to confirm the actual date and time before delivering the sauna. If you have a specific instruction or request needed for the delivery, please contact our team at support@thewodlife.com.au.

   The sauna chiller may be placed in a safe place if there is the receiver is not present to accept delivery at the scheduled time.

    
2. How long is the dispatch timeframe?
   Once a unit is successfully assigned for your order, it typically takes at least 5 days for the unit inspection and preparation before the item can be dispatched from the Rejuvenex warehouse.
    
3. Can I pick up my order?
   Yes! Direct warehouse pick-up can be arranged at the Rejuvenex Warehouse located at Supreme LpGnangara WA 6077. If you prefer this option, please reach out to our team at support@thewodlife.com.au
   
   Local pick-up options are also available.  If you prefer to collect your order at a convenient local depot, kindly connect with our team to check if this option is available for your specific location. 
    
4. How much is the shipping fee?
   After entering your shipping information, the delivery quotes will be calculated on the checkout page. If you’re in other remote areas, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team - support@thewodlife.com.au and let us know your exact address and we will come up with the best delivery quotes for you.
    
5. How long does it take to deliver?
   The shipping lead time will depend on the delivery location and availability of your sauna order. We kindly suggest you refer to the estimated timeframe on the checkout page so you can get an idea.
   
   During peak promotional periods and periods with a high volume of orders, please expect some delay in order processing.

• This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
• It also cannot be picked up by the customer from the TWL HQ, however, customers have the option to pick up their order at the nearest depot. Should you prefer this arrangement, please coordinate with our team before placing the order.
