- Stability Under Weight A low, flat and wide heel creates a stable base for weighted exercises. A removable Hyperlift insert lets you adjust the height under your heel from one set to the next.
- Durable Traction Rubber tread on the outsole and up the side of the shoe provides traction on the ground and grip when you're climbing a rope.
- Versatile Cushioning Foam is firmer under the heel for a secure feel and softer in the forefoot to cushion high-impact moves.

Metcon 6
These shoes are gorgeous and I love that they come with heel inserts for lifting.
I find them nor so comfortable for running in during a wod - but I run like a lead-filled hippo so maybe a user issue 😀

The Best Got Better
I've owned at least one pair of every Metcons from 1-5, I've also owned Nano 6 and 9 and the No Bull trainers. The Metcon 6s are definitely my new favourites. They're true to size, super comfortable and work equally well for weightlifting, running or metcons. And they look great too!
