These shoes are gorgeous and I love that they come with heel inserts for lifting.
I find them nor so comfortable for running in during a wod - but I run like a lead-filled hippo so maybe a user issue 😀

I've owned at least one pair of every Metcons from 1-5, I've also owned Nano 6 and 9 and the No Bull trainers. The Metcon 6s are definitely my new favourites. They're true to size, super comfortable and work equally well for weightlifting, running or metcons. And they look great too!
I'm 18 months into my Crossfit journey and I'm a 54 year old woman who's had multiple hip replacements and spinal fusions so shock absorption is important to me.
I've been wearing Nano's since I started but my Daughter had a pair of the Metcon 6's and I tried them on and the difference is very noticeable, the Metcon's are much spongier and create a softer landing when skipping and jumping but they also provide a good base when lifting. They are better for shorter distance running but if the WOD has lots of running then I switch to my running shoe as I did when I wore my Nano's.
They are a smaller fit than the Nano's so I've had to go to a thinner sock. Also I love the laces, they are nicer to tie and untie.
