Nike Metcon 6
great shoe for all things Crossfit - like all metcons it takes a bit to get to used to running in them at the beginning. But its hard to change out of the shoes when your wod involves squats, lifting and running

Great Shoe For Thic Boys Like Me
Being a larger guy I wanted a shoe that's stable and solid. The Metcon 6 is chunky on the heel and super-wide around the toe area. Having a lot of 'heel slippage' I was worried I got the wrong size, however, a quick Google search will tell you that this seems to be pretty normal with the Metcon 6.
