To be honest i hoped for more.
This is basically a posture reminder. Not a corrector as such.
I have only been using it for about a week, and notice that i have been more mindful of my posture and it does help you to understand how your shoulders should be positioned.
No pain or discomfort when wearing which allowed me to stop consciously thinking about the fact I was wearing it. Great to wear on non training days or post training to encourage my shoulders to remain in good posture.
