Do I select 5mm or 7mm?
5mm: Knee support that won’t greatly reduce your range of motion and mobility. Good for metabolic conditioning and general WODs.
7mm: A slightly more heavy-duty knee sleeve that delivers extra support for powerlifters, Olympic lifters, Strongmen, etc.
Size Guide:
For sizing, measure the circumference of your leg around the center of your patella.

The WOD Life Tip: If you are on the edge of the sizes, we recommend you go up a size as the Knee Caps fit tighter than a Rehband knee sleeve.

Quality.
My Fiance and I both own Rock Tape knee sleeves and we highly recommend them. We aren't Crossfitters as such but using them for leg day and even as a compression wrap, it's quality is assured.

Amazing quality but do fit quite tight,depending on how much compression you like in future I’ll aim for a size up.

Awesome
Really good support and good rebound at the bottom of the squat, feel a lot more confident with these on. Ordered an XL for my size and it maybe doesn't feel as tight as I'd like but still really rate them
