The strength training anatomy book helped put my muscle mind connection into place. I know exactly what movement I need to do for a specific exercise and what muscle group will be affected when doing the exercise. It’s a book full of knowledge that I can’t get enough of.

A useful resource

Strength Training Anatomy 3rd Edition has been very useful in helping me gain a better understanding of the various muscle groups and how they interact with each other. This has allowed me to create a program for myself that is informed and focused to the areas I wan to target. The drawings are of great benefit. I highly recommend the book to seasoned trainers, as well as those new to a gym.
