Great book - Wish it was hard cover

Love the book - packed full of info etc. Just wish it was hardcover for the price. Feels flimsy and like it would be wrecked in the gym bag. Shipping was great and fast. Update with hardier covers I'd say.

Worthwhile for logging workouts

I like the fact that you can log your workout in a book where its a visual reminder of your training progress. Would have liked more of the log book focused on the max lift recording
