Made from super strong, rugged and durable nylon this vest has a velcro strap with metal loop that secures around your body keeping the vest firmly in place.
Vest comes with 20Kg (44lb) worth of removable 1Kg steel weights which can be placed with even weight distribution at the front and back of the vest.

Great for bodyweight exercises
I was looking for a weighted vest that carried a good amount of weight for bodyweight exercises. Its a little bit wide in the chest for me which means pushups and rows etc would cause a little bit of rubbing, however this is expected given the vests ability to distribute weight across the shoulders and sit high on the chest which allows for things like leg raises. It straps securely and doesn't move around. Customer service was 100% and delivery was very quick.

This vest truly delivered
Without being able to try on this vest before buying, I took a chance on it...and it really delivered. The design fits great and it’s more comfortable than I imagined it would be. I enjoy the flexibility of the individual 1kgs weights and 20kgs is plenty for the workouts I had in mind. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely amazing!
Man this vest is an absolute game changer! Pushups, squats, pullups you can do so much with it and feel a super burn when working out. Fits perfectly and is comfortable!

This is just what I was looking for! A greatly designed vest with a comfortable fit around the mid section makes it ideal for pushups, squats, pullups whatever you want! Awesome product guys cheers.
