VERVE Roller J-Hooks Pair are for Rigs & Commercial Power Racks which use 75mm x 75mm wide uprights.
The pins on these J-hooks which insert into the uprights are 16mm wide.
This attachment fits 75*75*3mm uprights with an 18mm diameter hole.
Roller J-Hooks allow you to easily adjust the resting position of the bar to achieve the perfection positioning for your bench press.
