Xpeed will warranty this product only if manufacturing faults have been deemed to have caused a defective barbell. The warranty will be void if there has been negligent or faulty use, alterations made, incorrect usage, or incorrect storage. Incorrect dropping of the barbell (on spotters' arms, benches, or uneven surfaces) or with damaged or insufficient bumper plates. Bumper plates must be used on and on approved surfaces only.
Please Note:
- This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
- It also cannot be picked up by the customer from our HQ.
- It may take up to 3 business days once ordered to be despatched from the warehouse and a tracking number to be allocated to the order. This may be longer during peak sale periods.
