A three time CrossFit Games Athlete, Alec has competed as an individual in 2017 (36th) and 2018 (25th) and in 2019 on Team ROMWOD. Known for his gymnastic prowess, Smith is a ninja on the rings, pull up bar or walking on his hands but also comfortable with a barbell in his hands. Originating from CrossFit Krypton, Smith is enjoying the big city life in New York training out of CrossFit Solace.
Since qualifying for Regionals in her first year of CrossFit back in 2012, Jess has been a mainstay of Australian CrossFit. Breaking through in 2017 to compete at the CrossFit Games, finishing 36th overall. Jess is competing together with Team Project X in 2019. Known for her famous home gym and her love for animals, affectionately known as fur children. Jess is a co-owner of CrossFit Norwest and is programmed by RAW Strength & Conditioning.
A four time individual CrossFit Games veteran (2014-2016, 2018), Khan Porter has remained one of Australia’s leading CrossFit athletes since his first regional appearance in 2013, when he took 10th after one year of CrossFit. Known for his playful demeanour, in 2016, he went viral after posting himself dancing to Beyoncé in a tribute to men’s mental health. A former state rugby player and national surf lifesaver—now owner of CrossFit Play in New South Wales—Porter’s best Games finish was 24th in 2018. In 2019, Khan is competing at the CrossFit Games together with Team Project X.
