Charging your Prime
- Plug the power adapter into the Charging Stand’s charging port.
- Turn off your Theragun Prime.
- Place your Theragun Prime in the cradle of the Charging Stand and push forward until fully inserted.
- Your Theragun Prime is charging when the battery LEDs are flashing.
- Your Theragun Prime is fully charged when all three LED lights are illuminated. The Theragun Prime can remain in the Charging Stand even when the device is fully charged.
Warranty/Return Policy:
Merchandise must be returned in its original SEALED condition (e.g plastic wrap not tampered with and unopened) for a full refund, unless faulty/broken. If faulty or broken, the product will undergo an assessment by Therabody.
