The VERVE® Farmers walk handles are a set of handles specifically designed for farmers walks (sometimes called suitcase walks), a big aspect of real-world strength training.
An absolute staple within strongman, the VERVE farmers walk handles will provide the best grip, balance and finish of any handles on the market.

Unlike many other farmers walk handles on the market, the VERVE farmers walk handles are a top loaded design NOT side loaded. This means that your weight plates don't make contact with the ground keeping them in great condition for longer, as well as protecting the surface you are training on.
