The Dope recommends changing your filter every 3-4 weeks to keep your water nice and clean. For commercial use, we recommend changing every week.
TIP: you can prolong the life of your water filters by
- Ensuring you take a quick shower before stepping into the ice bath to remove sweat and moisturisers.
- Always keep the lid on your ice bath when not in use.
- Scoop any floating particles out as you see them.
- Clear the water strainer that’s attached to the inlet on the pump every week.

- This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
- It also cannot be picked up by the customer from our HQ.
