Hippy Chippy Jerk Blocks are manufactured from high-grade structural plywood and reinforced internally to ensure strength and durability. 

Perfect for weight lifting and CrossFit training.

All outside edges have beveled edges protecting the blocks from damage and adding to the premium nature of this product.

Carefully designed to enable you to perform jerks, overhead movements, deadlifts and block pulls with ease and confidence.

6"blocks (Pair)

2.25" top plates (Pair)

All the blocks are 915mm (L) x 510mm (W).

All blocks are stackable to allow for various heights.

Top Plates are solid blocks of structural ply 2.25mm deep and have router finger grips and hardwood stoppers.
