By gently pushing your shoulders into the right position, opening up your chest and allowing you to breathe deeper, the POSTURE Vest trains you into correct posture habits which in turn decreases stress levels and increases your over all well being.
Easy to put on and take off, wear it under or over clothing for 1-3 hours daily, while you go about your daily routine.
