Swell Foam™ is R.A.D's super light, springy EVA midsole technology, ideal for training footwear. It’s partly made from sugar cane, which means it captures carbon from the atmosphere as it grows and reduces our reliance on traditional, fossil-based materials in production.

The R.A.D One is a solid, dependable shoe that can seamlessly transition from training to the street – to wherever life takes you next.

Potentially the best training shoes for gym I own.

Best CrossFit shoes I’ve ever owned

I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 8 years and worn every brand of shoes from Nano’s, Metcon’s, NoBull, Under Armour but these leave them all for dead. Super comfortable, super supportive and great for literally every wod, from running to 1RM lifts.
Only thing to note is that they do fit small, I normally wear a 10 in every other brand and had to go an 11 in the RAD’s.

Great shoes

I’ll premise by saying I’m not a seasoned CF veteran. Quite the opposite. This is the second show I’ve used, I love them. Really solid when lifting heavy, and feel comfortable running and other exercises. So far held up well with rope work too.

As someone who tries every new CF shoe, the R.A.D has become the staple. It is an incredible all rounder and does everything with ease.
Not only does it perform in the box it makes the difficult transition to the street and genuinely offers all day comfort and style.
Would happily only train in R.A.D from here on out.
Highly recommend!!!

Wanted black noir but sold out so got black gum. These shoes are amazing. Fit well so comfortable without having to wear them in. 5 stars can't wait for colourful ones are available in Australia.

Great!

Great and stable shoe, won’t wear it for very heavy lifts like squats but all around is good
