Hippy Chippy - Single Leg Tib Bar

The Tib Bar AKA Tibialis trainer is a unique piece of equipment used to strengthen the Tibialis anterior muscle. It's a perfect combination with the Hippy Chippy Slant board range.

The Single Leg Tibialis trainer comes with a collar included and will fit all Olympic weight plates (not included). The Single Leg Tib Bar is adjustable and able to widen or tighten around any foot size.

The Tibilais Anterior muscle plays a big role in stabilizing the foot, supporting the arch of the foot and also in decelerating. Using it in conjunction with the slant boards will help improve strength, mobility, and range of motion all around your ankles and knees.

The Single Leg Tib Bar is perfect to work in the Knees over Toes Guy training programs and physiotherapist programs to help strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around the ankle while strengthening and increasing range of motion.
