Hippy Chippy - Tib Bar (Tibialis Trainer) (Keep Hidden)

The Tib Bar AKA Tibialis trainer V2 is a unique piece of equipment used to strengthen the Tibialis anterior muscle. It's a perfect combination with the Hippy Chippy Slant board range.

The Tibilais Anterior muscle plays a big role in stabilising the foot, supporting the arch of the foot and also in decelerating. Using in conjunction with the slant boards will help improve strength, mobility and range of motion all around with your ankles and knees.

The Tibialis trainer comes with a collar included and will fit all Olympic weight plates (not included).
