The TWL T-1000 GHD is built to survive just about anything (hence its name) but also to be practical in a gym or garage setting and to represent great value.
A GHD or Glute Hamstring Developer is a tried and true tool used for decades to develop midline stabilisation and to strengthen the glutes, hamstrings and core.
The TWL T-1000 GHD has been designed with lots of features and practicality in mind with feedback from athletes provided in the design and prototyping phase.
We over engineered the T-1000 GHD to ensure that once it is set up, it will provide a lifetime of strength gains and didn't compromise on durability or value for money.

- Thick, powder coated steel tubing provides great stability plus protection for years in any environment.
- Wheels allow for easy portability on any surface and great if you are training in a space that is smaller and you want to store the GHD away when you aren't using it.
- The T-1000 is designed to be easily adjustable with large handles and smooth movement to allow you to quickly adjust the GHD to your settings.
- The included band pegs are perfect for adding resistance bands for a greater burn or bumper plates/sand bags can be placed over them for even more stability of the T-1000.
