The Xpeed Revolution Olympic Barbell is a first-of-its-kind barbell featuring two knurled handles that glide along the threaded axis of the barbell shaft. This style of gliding handle allows you to take your muscles through a full range of motion, helping create greater muscle strength at all angles of the given joint's movement.

Conversely, you can opt to try and keep your hands in place which brings a new level of stability and control to your lifting efforts.

The Xpeed Revolution Barbell has a unique feel and a firm grip thanks to the 35mm knurled grip handles. Its aesthetically pleasing black oxide shaft also protects against rusting, chipping, scarring, and peeling. Due to the threaded nature of the barbell is not designed to be dropped during use.
