What currency are the items displayed in? How will I be charged?

Items are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Some International customers will have prices displayed in their local currency, currency conversions are a guide only and may not be the exact amount you are charged when ordering.

International cardholders may have conversion fees applied to payments. Please contact your bank for information regarding International purchases.

Is there a cost using Afterpay?

Afterpay does not charge a fee to shoppers when purchasing. The only fees applied to a shoppers account are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method.

If you have not made the payment before the due date, and the automatic payment fails, you have until 11pm (AEDT in the summer months and AEST in the winter months) the following day to make payment. After 11pm the following day, if that payment has not been made, you will incur a late payment fee of $10 and a further late fee of $7 if the payment is not made within 7 days (as stated in the Afterpay Terms).

Is Afterpay safe and secure to use?

Yes, we understand how important security is so we ensure that your personal information is protected. Afterpay is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified compliant Service Provider organisation. PCI DSS is a comprehensive set of requirements created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to enhance cardholder data security and to ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive credit card information and data.

This is the highest level of security in the payment industry.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay offer simple installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. Payment is automatically deducted from your credit card in four equal payments each fortnight and your order is shipped as normal, so there's no waiting like a layby.

Simply shop and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time shoppers provide payment details, as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by the merchant. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, we will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

When determining which orders to approve, we consider a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a shopper with Afterpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.

To use Afterpay you need:

  • A debit or credit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • To live in Australia
  • Visa or Mastercard (please note AMEX is not accepted)

When Afterpay is available for your order it will appear as a payment option at the payment screen of checkout. Just follow the steps to make your payment.

Things to consider:

  • Are there sufficient funds on your card (generally we look to see 25% of the order value available to spend)
  • length of time you have been using Afterpay (tighter in the first 6 weeks)
  • the amount you have to repay, it may help to pay some off (not a guarantee)
  • the value of the order you are trying to place, it may help to reduce the value of your shopping cart (not a guarantee)
  • adding a credit card may increase your spending power (not a guarantee)
  • the number of orders you currently have 'open' with us (not a guarantee)

Whilst we know it can be frustrating to not know exactly how much you can spend each time or how many active orders you can have, our rules and approval process help Afterpay responsibly offer a completely free service to our shoppers.

I have selected free shipping items but it still charges me shipping. Am I doing something wrong?

Purchase three or more products from our 'Three Ships for Free Collection' and those products will ship for free!

This promotion only applies to orders within Australia and the offer only applies to the products that are in the 'Three Ships for Free' collection. If your cart contains products that are not in this collection, you may be charged shipping on the products not in the collection.

My Afterpay was declined, what's wrong?

The Afterpay payment option is managed by Afterpay directly, so we have no control over the acceptance or rejection of payments.

There are a few reasons why a payment can be declined with Afterpay:

  • - Your first payment amount must be available at the time of purchase - even if you have nothing to pay today
  • - Your Afterpay account has overdue payments owing
  • - The Afterpay risk management department has declined your payment
  • - For any questions regarding your Afterpay payment please contact Afterpay.

My payment won't go through, what to do?

In most cases, payment won't go through if you have entered incorrect information such as the CVV, card information, and other vital information. In order to avoid these kinds of issues, please ensure that you have entered precise information for the order to go through.

For debit cards and PayPal, ensure that you have sufficient funds to avoid these issues.

I think I may have been charged incorrectly. What should I do?

When paying using a credit or debit card, an authorization will be processed to your card and the amount is captured to pay for your order. If you see multiple charges on your card statement, please ensure that you have not accidentally placed multiple orders. If not, you may contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist you.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (via PayPal) through the website.

You can also pay your order(s) with PayPal and Afterpay (AU customers only).

We cannot accept orders made over the phone or email. We do not accept cash, cheques or COD (Cash On Delivery).
